Shipping & Delivery

What are the shipping costs?

For orders with a merchandise value up to 150 EUR, we charge a flat shipping fee of 10 EUR per delivery to Austria. Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Estonia and Slovenia a flat shipping fee of 19 EUR per delivery. Standard shipping is free for all orders over 150 EUR.

Which courier service will deliver my order?

Our current shipping partner is GLS.

How long does delivery take?

All orders received before 12:00 PM (noon) are usually delivered by GLS within two business days free of charge within Austria, Germany, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, and Belgium.

Different delivery times apply to the following countries:

• France: 2–3 business days

• Italy, Spain: 3–4 business days

• Poland: 3 business days

In exceptional cases, the delivery time may increase up to 10 business days from the date of contract acceptance.

Can I have my order shipped to a packing station / parcel locker?

Currently, we only deliver to personal physical addresses.

Where are the goods shipped from?

All goods are shipped directly from our warehouse in Ried im Innkreis, Austria.
